Client Testimonials for SONRI and the SONRI-Meurer Team

El Paso Water

City of Lompoc, CA

City of Lompoc, CA

“SONRI provides advice and support for every aspect of our relationship with Fort Bliss and the Army. Our IGSA is so successful that Fort Bliss has come back to ask for a Blanket IGSA, which SONRI is facilitating. SONRI helped us successfully navigate the OLDCC grant application process and is providing valuable support to both our grant administration and Installation Resilience Study execution. SONRI is also helping us build relationships at the Garrison, 1st Armored Division, IMCOM, and HQ Army levels to energize important new initiatives that will benefit both Fort Bliss and the El Paso Water ratepayer. SONRI keeps us on track, on message, and moving from success to success.” - Hector Gonzalez, Government Affairs Manager, El Paso Water

"The SONRI-Meurer Team's assistance through our engagement with OLDCC and Vandenberg Space Force Base has been multifaceted, timely, and professional. They were extremely helpful in assisting the City of Lompoc to close-up an existing grant and positioned the City for a subsequent implementation grant. They were able to provide us with critical technical and organizational recommendations in a timely manner. SONRI and Meurer have assisted us in strengthening our relationships with Vandenberg SFB leadership, the Secretary of the Air Force Office, the California Governor's Council, and the California Space Industry Task Force. They have also assisted our city in strengthening its regional leadership role in support of the Vandenberg mission." - Dean Albro, City Manager, City of Lompoc, CA
